We perform statutory and voluntary audits of individual and consolidated financial statements prepared in accordance with Slovenian Accounting Standards or International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
Our approach to auditing is based on an advanced methodology that complies with International Auditing Standards and is supported by specially developed computer tools. It focuses on:
- a thorough understanding of the client’s business, as well as the main business risks, from an internal and external point of view
- assessing the risk of material misstatements and the controls in place to prevent such risks
- selecting appropriate procedures to obtain evidence for significant assertions in financial statements
- ensuring rigorous quality control over audit performance in order to ensure that the procedures selected have been carried out, and that appropriate conclusions are drawn from their findings
