We
offer full accounting services, including maintenance of accounting records and
the preparation of annual reports in accordance with Slovene Accounting
Standards. Moreover, we prepare reporting packages in compliance with the
instructions of the respective controlling companies for international clients.
In addition, we dispose of a specialized IT-service for companies under
insolvency proceedings.
We
provide training and advice with the organization and preparation of
consolidated financial statements and financial reports prepared in compliance
with the Slovene Accounting Standards and International Financial Reporting
Standards. Moreover, we prepare computer-supported reporting packages for the
collection of data for consolidation as well as for controlling purposes of
group companies in accordance with the clients’ requirements. In addition, we
prepare reporting packages in English for international company requirements.
